Dempseys Cottage provides a quiet space with fenced gardens and your own private outdoor spa. Enjoy the amazing night sky and uninterrupted views across the natural undulating acres from your deck area. Unwind with a book in front of the fireplace and admire the kangaroos and native bird life. A truly unique and peaceful space to recharge.

With open plan living, a slow burning wood fire and outdoor spa it’s the perfect peaceful sanctuary. Wander further than your private garden and take a picnic to a nearby creek or dam to completely escape and soak up the wilderness

The Wed-Shed

The Wed-Shed has a small commercial kitchen, and boasts a rustic barn style space that is ideal for your ceremony or reception. You can dress this space to your liking and open it out into the garden area for drinks on the lawn. It’s a stunning combination of classic country Australia and rustic sophistication.

The Wed Shed is a large, open space, steel shed. In true Aussie fashion it’s basic, rustic and looks lovely all dressed up. The shed fits up to 80 and is perfect for weddings, birthdays, receptions or conferences. We have all the furniture, crockery and and dressing to make this space look stunning. All you need to bring is a caterer who can serve from our small kitchen in the shed. The shed opens up to a rustic dance floor at one end and the lawn at the other. With direct access to the lawn the doors can be opened to create an indoor outdoor affair and an even larger space.

The shed has two bathrooms for guests, with disability access.
We also have a small kitchen in this space for caterers to serve from, heat food or cook and prep smaller canape style food.
The lawn, just out the side door, can be utilised as an outdoor bar space or picnic area for your event. The tables can overflow into the area to fit more guests.
The entrance to the shed is undercover and creates a perfect bar, dance-floor and DJ space for when the lights go down.
The Garden

Our garden is bursting with natives and seasonal colors this is a truly special backdrop for your ceremony on your special day, or a celebration of a significant birthday or engagement. With room for arches, an isle and up to 80 guests you are sure to be enchanted by this natural oasis. Sip a cocktail at our garden bar area and leave with spectacular photo memories of the occasion.

The Garden is a lush green lawn surrounded by well kept and beautiful plants. The view from the garden opens on to the rolling hills of The Glen creating a brilliant picture of our environment and acherage. There is ample room in this area to host a long lunch among the trees and flowers, or to create an isle for your special day.

The main garden area is directly adjacent to the Wed Shed making it an ideal place to have a ceremony with the reception very conveniently metres away.
The smaller garden is similar in look but is cosier and more intimate set away from the building on the property. It again, has a beautiful backdrop of gum trees and rolling hills creating beautiful ceremony shots.
